1) Red passes to Orange who is shadowed by Blue.

2) Orange passes to the next Red player who plays it long to the 4th Red Player. Orange now becomes the shadowing player.

3) This Red plays the ball off Blue who passes back to the 3rd Red Player.

4) Blue now becomes the shadowing player again, the ball is knocked long again and goes around the circle in the same way for around 1 minute.
